EirMind – AI clinical documentation
EirMind helps clinicians document consultations and get AI support while they review them. It records and transcribes consultations live, turns transcripts into structured clinical notes, and gives doctors an AI diagnosis assistant backed by specialty-specific agents. Clinicians stay in control of every final note.

What I built
- Clinician dashboard: quick-start transcription, AI assistant management, consultation stats, recent diagnosis history
- Live transcription and file uploads with real-time progress over Socket.IO, replacing REST polling
- AI diagnosis chat with streaming responses, saved history and "continue" sessions
- Structured note views, document uploads and exports
- Role-based panels (admin, doctor) with protected routing
- English/Norwegian localisation with locale routing
- Theming engine: preset palettes, custom themes, dark/light mode
- Product landing page with Lottie and Three.js animations
